M1 (Exits 20 or 21),

M6 (Exit 1 for Lutterworth),

A14 (Exit 1) at Welford and the A5199 (the former A50)

Leave the A5199 at the CROSS ROADS with the Bruntingthorpe to Saddington Road,

adjacent to Shearsby, turning for

BRUNTINGTHORPE.

We are midway between Shearsby and Bruntingthorpe.

A large reflective sign is located at the entrance to the private drive which leads to Knaptoft House Farm & The Greenway, set well back from the main road.

Please do not follow the signs to Knaptoft Church.

As we have other commitments, it would be appreciated if guests could give us an indication of time of arrival between
